Terms of service
Effective July 13, 2026 · Operated by Endura Performance
These terms govern your use of COOKED (formerly EnduraFuel), the training and fueling app and website operated by Endura Performance ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using COOKED, you agree to them.
1. What COOKED is
COOKED calculates training and fueling guidance — session targets, plans, race-day fueling, food suggestions — from your data and published sports-science models. It is distributed through the App Store and is free to download and use, with every feature included. Features may change or be improved as we build.
2. Not medical advice
COOKED is a training and nutrition tool for healthy athletes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its guidance is informational and built on published research. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects nutrition or exercise, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a qualified professional before acting on any number in the app — and follow your doctor over the app, every time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use COOKED.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Give honest inputs — the numbers are only as good as what you tell the app.
4. Your content and data
Your logs, recipes, chats and training data remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to run the product — nothing more. Privacy details, including deletion, live in the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, probing our infrastructure, or using COOKED to harm yourself or others. We can suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party services
COOKED connects to services you authorize — Strava, intervals.icu, Apple Health, and sign-in via Apple or Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
7. No warranty
COOKED is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, or that any training outcome will materialize. Endurance sport carries inherent risk — you train and race at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endura Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, fitness, race results or profits, arising from your use of COOKED. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending things
You can stop using COOKED and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use COOKED after that means you accept the update.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Endura Performance operates, and disputes belong to the courts there.
